Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must have a credit account balance posted on your student account.

In order to provide more flexible options for receiving refunds, CSU is a partner with BankMobile to deliver financial aid and other school refunds to CSU students. 

• The initial Fall 2023 financial aid refund is September 7 , 2023 (Students must have a credit balance by September 6, 2023 to be eligible for a refund on this date).
• Other school Fall 2023 refunds to CSU students begin on August 8, 2023 starting with the Book Voucher refund process through September 7, 2023
• Picking up your refund check is not an option. 

All students are required to make a selection in BankMobile of how the refund will be deposited. Here's what you need to do:

1. Select the Cougar Connect under Quick Links link.
2. Select the Student Payment Portal.
3. Choose the "eRefunds" tab.
4. Select the "Continue to BankMobile" button to make your refund preference selection.
